Private FDRs offer a flexible means of resolving family disputes in an informal way at a time and venue to suit you. They are encouraged by the courts. They are private and confidential.

 

 I offer a range of fees depending on the complexity and length of preparation required. A Private FDR will typically occupy a whole day allowing an ample opportunity for an indication to be given as to the likely outcome of the application before the court and then for subsequent negotiation.
